系统梳理了国内外测试油品倾点的标准规范,介绍了微压法测试倾点的原理以及自行研制的专利产品自动连续供样倾点测试装置。选取国内具有代表性的管输含蜡原油,设计了利用微压法对其进行倾点测试的适应性实验。根据实验研究结果,确定了微压法测试原油倾点的关键参数,加压脉冲取2400~3500imp,倾点判断值取0.07kPa,试样与冷阱温差取30℃。在该取值条件下,倾点测试结果与按照ASTMD5853-06原油倾点测量法测量的结果相差小于3℃。同时,国内主要含蜡原油,倾点越高,其流动性与热历史的相关性越高,因此设想通过倾点值定量表征油品流动性与其热历史的相关性,有待开展深入研究。(表2,图2,参8)
The system standardizes the pouring point test of domestic and international oil products, introduces the principle of the pour point test by the micro-pressure method and the patented automatic pouring point test device of patented product. Select the representative of the domestic pipeline containing waxy crude oil, the design of the use of micro-pressure method for its pour point test adaptive experiments. According to the experimental results, the key parameters of the pour point of crude oil by micro-pressure method are determined. The pressure pulse is 2400 ~ 3500imp, the judgment value of pour point is 0.07kPa, the temperature difference between the sample and the cold trap is 30 ℃. At this value, the result of the pour point test differs from the value measured in accordance with ASTM D5853-06 Crude Oil Pour Point Measurement to less than 3 ° C. At the same time, the main domestic waxy crude oil, the higher the pour point, the higher the correlation between liquidity and thermal history, therefore envisaged quantitative determination of the correlation between oil liquidity and its thermal history through the pour point value remains to be further studied.
