煤炭行业是国家能源的重要组成部分。而近年来,煤矿安全事故屡屡发生,引起国家安监部门高度重视,不断地出台安全生产管理相关的法律法规。然而现实情况依然存在这样那样的问题。安全管理作为煤矿企业“天”字号的工程,如何妥善解决安全生产管理,成为了每一个煤矿企业面临的重大课题。文章分析了煤矿企业在安全生产法律的建设的重点,找出了建设过程中出现的难点并加以探讨。
Coal industry is an important part of the national energy. In recent years, coal mine accidents frequently occur, causing the state safety supervision department attaches great importance to the continuous introduction of safety management laws and regulations. However, the reality still exists such a problem. As a coal mine project, “safety management” project, how to properly manage production safety has become a major issue facing every coal mining enterprise. The paper analyzes the key points of coal mining enterprises in the law of safety production, finds out the difficulties in the process of construction and discusses them.
