笔者外用病毒唑治疗带状疱疹38例患者,男性12例,女性26例,年龄23～74岁,其中前额部疱疹6例,后腰部8例,胸肋间外24例。 治疗方法:患处用0.9％氯化钠盐水或1:1 000新洁尔灭清洗、消毒,将病毒唑针剂直接涂于患处皮肤上,用无菌纱布覆盖。每日二次,并口服维生素作为辅助治疗。结果:2～3 d丘疱疹逐渐干瘪,5～7 d即痊愈。 讨论:病毒唑抗病毒的作用机理主要是抑制了磷
