1前言我们正处于大危机(grand crisis)之中(我们用“大危机”一词,是为了和20世纪30年代的大萧条(great depression)一词相提并论)。危机(crisis)的中文语义与只有负面语义的英文不同,中文的危机一词兼有危险与机遇这两个相对的含义。这与已故比利时物理学家伊利亚·普里戈金(Prigogine and Stengers,1984)“从混沌到有序”的辩证思想不谋而合。在经济学文献中,不稳定性(以下简称非稳)是带有负面意味的
1 Preface We are in a grand crisis (we use the term “grand crisis” in contrast to the great depression of the 1930s). The Chinese semantics of crisis are different from English, which have only negative semantics. The Chinese crisis has both the relative meanings of danger and opportunity. This coincides with the late dialectical thinking of the Belgian physicist Prigogine and Stengers (1984), Chaos to Order. In the economics literature, instability (hereinafter referred to as instability) is negatively implicated
