Earlier this year, I participated in the training to the United States Johns Hopkins training. Although the training time is only 1 week, the theoretical courses are reasonable. The content of the seminar also covers the current difficulties and hot issues of nursing management, including the structure of Johns Hopkins nursing organization, common governance and professional practice model, magnetic certification, Quality improvement and nursing sensitive quality indicators, patient safety and more.
