黑龙江省哈尔滨市南岗区卫生经济学会于1991年4月11日成立,成为我国第一家区级卫生经济学会。大会选举了由30人组成的理事会,一致推选唐宗元同志为理事长、凌谟良同志为秘书长。大会讨论并通过了《哈尔滨市南岗区卫生经济学会章程》和《1991年卫生经济活动计划》。
The Nangang District Health Economics Association of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province was established on April 11, 1991 and became the first district-level health economics society in China. The General Assembly elected a council consisting of 30 members and unanimously elected Comrade Tang Zongyuan as Chairman of the Committee and Comrade Ling Xiaoliang as Secretary General. The congress discussed and adopted the “Constitution of Health Economics Association of Nangang District of Harbin City” and the “Health Economic Activity Plan of 1991”.
