李龙天鹤发童颜,这位年过八旬的老者给人的第一印象远比真实年龄年轻,他身体硬朗,精神矍铄,走起路来脚下生风。1950年他从清华大学机械系毕业,原本被分配到河南焦作煤矿,却又机缘巧合地进入了汽车行业。当汽车工业筹备组负责人之一孟少农为每个人确定专业时,他又被分到汽车制造里一个专得不能再专的牛角尖专业--齿轮,并从此与之结缘。与同时代的大多数知识分子命运相似,他也经历过人生高潮和低谷。分界点出现在1955年,当年他被评为全国青年社会主义建设积极分子,在这之前他一直是厂里的旗帜和技术标兵。之后他因为讲真话,成为1959年党内反右倾时厂内工艺系统的两个重点人物之一,另一个是陈祖涛。紧接着,他的身影又出现在二汽筹备组和三汽筹备组里。1981年三汽因“洋冒进”而下马后,他选择去了南汽。在十来年总工程师和两年厂长的职业生涯里,他亲历了南汽新老产品对接、换型和引进车型“三代同堂”的辉煌时期,亦引出了轰动一时的南汽“彩电风波”。1993年65岁时,他从南汽离休,在领导的挽留下,他又干了5年。回忆往事,他笑言:“我干汽车工业最遗憾的地方,就是汽车业要起飞了,我却没有参与,只是干了前面这些工作。”但他亦同时表示,“这一辈子并没有虚度,干得最顺畅的是在一汽,也是我最出风头的时候,最有精神状态的是在二汽,值得回味。”2009年10月11日,藉借中国汽车工业咨询委员会武汉会议之际,在王荣钧老人家的极力推荐下,《汽车商业评论》记者在武汉分两次对他进行了近4个小时的采访。以下为部分访谈实录。

After that, because of telling the truth, he became one of the two key figures in the Craft System of the Anti-Rightist Factory in the Party in 1959, and the other was Chen Zuotao. Then, his presence again in the gas preparation team and the three steam preparation team. In 1981 three steam due to “foreign invade ” and dismount, he chose to go to NAC. In his ten-year career as a chief engineer and director of two years, he witnessed a splendid period of docking and conversion of new and old products of NAC, introducing “three generations of the same generation” and introducing a sensational “ ”TV storm“. When he was 65 years old in 1993, he retired from NAC and, after the leadership’s stay, he worked for another five years.
