考虑了国外植保机械的现状和发展趋势,认为采用塑料制造药箱是解决防农药腐蚀问题的一个良好措施。作者结合植保机械药液箱的性能要求著重讨论了高压、低压聚乙烯的混合比及熔融指数范围与其主要物理机械性能之间的关系,选择了合适的混合比范围和熔融指数范围。在这个基础上,选用了二十多种防老剂,包括抗热、氧老化剂及紫外线吸收剂,组成了37个配方,进行了大气曝晒试验及农药腐蚀大气曝晒交替试验。通过断裂伸长率等项性能对比,选出了6个较好的配方。用其中2个配方在一个塑料厂试制了近100台联合—14型背负喷雾器的药液箱。通过工艺试验探索了合适的高低压聚乙烯混合比、合适的熔融指数范围以及合适的挤出温度和吹塑压力,从而确定了合适的工艺参数。试制的含防老剂的混合聚乙烯药液箱经过二年的田间使用试验考核,初步表明其使用寿命可比碳钢薄板加防护层的药液箱延长3—4倍。
Taking into account the current situation and development trend of plant protection machinery abroad, it is considered that the use of plastic to make medicine boxes is a good measure to solve the problem of pesticide corrosion prevention. The author combined with the performance requirements of plant protection machinery liquid tank emphatically discussed the high pressure, low pressure polyethylene mixing ratio and melt index range and its main physical and mechanical properties of the relationship between the selection of a suitable mixing ratio range and melt index range. On this basis, more than 20 kinds of anti-aging agents, including heat-resistant, oxygen aging agent and UV absorber, were selected and 37 formulations were made. The atmospheric exposure test and the alternating test of pesticide exposure to atmospheric exposure were conducted. Through the comparison of the properties such as elongation at break, 6 better formulations were selected. With two of the formulations in a plastic factory trial of nearly 100 units together -14 type carrying a sprayer tank. Through the process test, suitable high and low pressure polyethylene mixing ratio, suitable melt index range and suitable extrusion temperature and blow pressure were explored to determine the appropriate process parameters. Trial of mixed with polyethylene antioxidant tank after two years of field test using the test, preliminary shows that the service life of carbon steel sheet plus protective layer of the tank extend 3-4 times.
