一、简述 接触法生产硫酸工艺中,干燥塔和吸收塔内的硫酸浓度为93—98%,温度约80~90℃,转入下道工序前,务须先使酸温降至60℃左右。为此,传统的方法是在铸铁排管外喷洒冷却水。该法不仅传热系数低,占地面积大,水和电的耗量多,环境污染严重,而且白白浪费了大量的可资利用的热能。 六十年代末英国APV公司采用Hastelloy-G合金的薄板制成了换热器,从而达到既冷却硫酸又回收热量的双重目的。所用材料
