上锅SG50412型锅炉汽温偏低,根据黄岛等电厂的运行测定主蒸汽温度偏低40℃,由分析表明,该型锅炉汽温偏低是由于原炉膛计算方法(苏57年方法)所计算的(?)_(l计)″与实际的(?)_(l实)″存在严重偏差而引起的(实际偏低100℃)。文章在此基础上对炉膛计算方法进行了研究,分析了苏联计算方法存在的缺点以及原计算方法计算的(?)_(l计)″偏低的原因。最后推荐对于该型锅炉在炉膛几何形状较过去常用的情况发生变化时应采用本文所提出的炉膛计算方法。为验证分析的准确性,文章还对炉膛出口烟温和过热器受热面变化时汽温在定量方面的影响,为“综合治理”该型锅炉提供了计算依据。
According to the operation of Huangdao Power Plant, the temperature of the main steam is 40 ℃ lower than the temperature of the boiler.
