面对新形式下的地区经济发展,我们不能仅仅从政策的角度来解决发展问题,况且运用政策也解决不了这些问题。我们要从更加广泛的角度来思考这一问题。法律就是解决地区经济发展问题的一个重要手段。本文就是从这一角度来论述在我国的地区经济协调发展中我们应该如何应用法律来解决前进中的一系列问题的。
Faced with the regional economic development under the new form, we can not solve the development issue merely from the perspective of policy. Moreover, the application of policies can not solve these problems. We need to think about this issue from a broader perspective. Law is an important measure to solve the problem of regional economic development. This article is from this perspective to discuss how to apply the law to solve a series of problems in the process of the coordinated development of the regional economy in our country.
