随着社会的不断发展和司法实践问题的不断出现,我国应完善共同过失犯罪的立法,构建包括共同故意犯罪与共同过失犯罪的新的共犯体系。
With the continuous development of society and the constant appearance of judicial practice, our country should improve the legislation of common negligence crimes and construct a new system of accomplices, including the crime of joint intentional crime and common negligence.
