我国的钼矿贮量非常丰富,分布广泛,绝大部份以辉钼矿的形式存在。在采用辉钼精矿为原料,生产各类钼酸铵,氧化钼块、钼铁等产品时,首先要将钼精矿进行氧化焙烧,把其中的二硫化钼氧化成三氧化钼。氧化辉钼精矿,目前国内外采用的主要设备有反射炉、回转窑和多膛炉等。多膛炉便于机械操作,产能高,焙烧产物质量好,但其一次性投资太大,生产维护极不方便,
