甲氰咪胍(以下简称,甲咪)为组织证H_2受体阻滞剂。随着此药的广泛应用和临床药理学的深入研究,发现甲咪能通过多种机制与许多药物发生相互作用。近年的研究又胺实,甲咪与一些三环类抗抑郁药发生相互作用。本文作者就丙咪嗪或去甲替林与甲咪联用时的药物相互作用进行了研究。参加受试者为6名健康男性,年龄20～33岁。受试者每人投服抗抑郁药100mg后接受两次试验。首次试验:加服甲咪300mg:第二次:未加用甲咪的对照试验。投药后72小时
