在当前政治、经济全面改革的新的历史时期,研究和探讨科研机构如何加强自身建设和发展,已成为科技单位的主要课题。本文从单位自身发展的运行机制的实践中,从转变研究机构传统概念;强化时间效益;增强经营思想;重视信息管理等方面阐述了科研单位的管理原则和管理思想。进一步深化理解“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断。
In the new historical period of current political and economic reforms, it has become a major issue for scientific and technological units to study and explore how scientific research institutes can enhance their own construction and development. This paper elaborates the management principles and management thoughts of scientific research units from the aspects of changing the traditional concepts of research institutions, strengthening the time benefit, enhancing the management ideas and emphasizing information management. Further deepen the understanding that “science and technology are primary productive forces”.
