大豆水化油脚采用皂化酸解法可制取油脚脂肪酸。以油脚脂肪酸为原料、固定化脂肪酶为催化剂.采用酯化方法制备生物柴油,考察脂肪酸与无水乙醇的料液摩尔比、乙醇流加方式、固定化酶用量、溶剂选取、反应温度和时间对生物柴油转化率的影响。单因素及响应面结果显示反应最佳条件为:料液摩尔比1:7、乙醇分三次流加、固定化酶为脂肪酸质量的13.5%、以叔丁醇为助溶剂、反应温度45℃、反应时间36 h。生物柴油的转化率82.5%。
