For any production process, to achieve maximum economic results, there are two aspects: First, in terms of organization and management, to improve ergonomics and reduce wastage; the second is to choose the best process parameters in order to use the shortest time possible. The greatest efficiency, the lowest cost, produces excellent quality products. The first issue involves a co-ordinated approach, and the second issue involves a preferred law. In foreign countries, there are many names of research organization management methods, mainly called “Planning Review Technology” (PERT) and “Critical Route Method” (CPM).
