本文直接采用优化色谱分离的最佳条件选择法——溶解力三角相图选择法,进行人参花蕾化学成分分离的研究。 为进一步寻找人参花蕾中皂甙类活性成分,我们对人参花蕾水提液,正丁醇萃取之皂甙部分进行了分离,分离中发现在Rc与Rd之间存在有“8”形未知成分,这两种皂甙的性质极其相近,常用溶剂系统很难分离,为此我们利用溶解力三角相图最佳溶剂系统选拔方法,摸出较为理想的溶剂系统,分离出一种未知成分Rx。
In this paper, the separation of chemical constituents of ginseng flower buds was studied by using the optimal condition selection method of optimizing chromatographic separation, the solvo-triangular phase diagram selection method. In order to further search for active components of ginsenosides in ginseng flower buds, we separated the ginseng flower buds and n-butanol-extracted saponins, and found that there were “8” unknown components between Rc and Rd in the separation. The nature of the saponins is very similar, and it is difficult to separate them using common solvent systems. For this reason, we use the best solvent system selection method of the solvation trigonometric phase diagram to create an ideal solvent system and isolate an unknown component Rx.
