项目档案管理工作是山东省防震减灾“十一五”规划项目(以下简称“项目”)建设中一项重要的基础性工作,它既是以往工作成绩的真实反映,也是全面做好项目其他各项工作的前提条件。在该项目建设过程中形成的档案,不仅是项目建设的真实记录,也是项目建设、运行、维护、管理、扩建和科研成果推广应用的重要依据。2009年山东省地震局综合档案室接受了该项目档案管理的任务后,制定了《山东省防震减灾“十一五”规
