伴随着我国证券市场的规范化进程,履行社会责任已逐渐成为上市公司需要承担的一项重要义务。港口上市公司作为证券市场的重要组成部分,其应如何履行社会责任已日益受到人们的关注。本文结合港口行业特点,对港口上市公司社会责任的基本问题进行了分析研究,以期促进我国港口企业社会责任实践活动的开展。一、港口上市公司履行社会责任的制度背景 With the standardization process of China’s securities market, the fulfillment of social responsibility has gradually become an important obligation that listed companies need to undertake. As an important part of securities market, the listed company in port is getting more and more attention on how to fulfill its social responsibility. Based on the characteristics of the port industry, this paper analyzes the basic problems of the social responsibility of the port listed companies in order to promote the practice of social responsibility of the port enterprises in our country. First, the port listed companies to fulfill the social responsibility system background
