本文观察了青年战士跑台模拟3h负重行军和野外连续3天负重行军的某些生理生化参数的变化。结果表明,劳动后心率升高,闪光融合频率降低,但不同劳动时间之间无明显差别。血乳酸、尿中蛋白、肌酐和K~+以及唾液中K~+和Na~+随劳动时间延长呈增加趋势,尿Na~+呈降低趋势。“自认疲劳分级(RPE)”和“疲劳症状分类表”的打分值与血乳酸含量呈显著正相关。我们认为,在野外条件下可以采用RPE和、“疲劳症状学分类表”评价战士的疲劳。
In this paper, we observed the changes of some physiological and biochemical parameters of young warriors running on the platform simulating the 3h load-bearing march and the field marching for 3 days in a row. The results showed that after labor, the heart rate increased, flash fusion frequency decreased, but no significant difference between different working hours. Blood lactic acid, urinary protein, creatinine and K ~ + as well as K ~ + and Na ~ + in saliva increased with the prolongation of labor time, urinary Na ~ + decreased. There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of “Self-perceived fatigue classification (RPE)” and “fatigue symptom classification table” and the content of blood lactate. In our opinion, RPE and Fatigue Symptom Classification can be used to evaluate the fatigue of warriors under field conditions.
