根据烟台市政府有关领导的指示精神,从去年起,对优良酿酒葡萄品种进行了初步调研,先后到轻工业部食品工业发酵科学研究所、中国种子公司、北京东郊葡萄酒厂、河北昌黎葡萄酒厂及山东酿酒葡萄研究所等单位走访,通过座谈、实地调查等形式,搜集到了书面、口头、样品等多种形式情报,查阅了20余篇文献资料,现将有关资料和情报整理分析简报如下。
