利用RAPD方法初步研究了马铃薯晚疫病菌DNA多态性与A2交配型的关系 ,共用 2 7个有多态性的引物对2 2个菌株进行了扩增 ,共扩增出 2 75条有多态性的DNA谱带用于统计分析。聚类分析结果显示 ,阈值为 8时 ,将供试的 2 2个菌系划分为 4个类群 ,10个A2交配型菌系中的 8个均在第Ⅳ类群中 ,由此认为该病菌的DNA多态性与A2交配型有一定相关性。同时还发现各地的晚疫病菌系有不同程度的群体分化现象。
RAPD method was used to study the relationship between the DNA polymorphism of P. infestans and the mating type A2. A total of 2 7 polymorphic primers were used to amplify 2 2 strains and a total of 2 75 amplified products State DNA bands were used for statistical analysis. Cluster analysis showed that when the threshold was 8, the 2 2 strains were divided into 4 groups and 8 of the 10 A2-mating strains were in group Ⅳ. Therefore, DNA polymorphism and A2 mating type have a certain relevance. At the same time, Phytophthora infestans in different parts of the world had different degrees of differentiation.
