韩幽桐(1908—1985),著名女法学家,回族,黑龙江宁安人,中国法学会原名誉会长张友渔的夫人。她不仅是一位法学家,而且也是一位革命家和外交家,她为民族解放、民主斗争、立法护法事业作出了不懈的努力和英勇的斗争。她青年时期深受其表兄——回族革命先驱马骏的影响投身革命,学生时代在天津参加周恩来、邓颖超组织的革命活动,1926年加入中国共产主义青年团,同年加入中国共产党。新中国成立后,曾受到周恩来总理的接见和表扬。1952年,最高人民法院华北分院成立,韩幽桐被任命为副院长,1954年调任最高
