针对某推土机推杆在恶劣工况下出现开裂的失效现象,用有限元分析与试验测试相结合的方法对推杆进行失效分析,并论述了改进后推杆的有效性。改进后的推杆没有出现开裂的失效问题。
Aiming at the failure phenomenon of a bulldozer putter cracking under harsh conditions, the failure analysis of the putter is carried out by combining the finite element analysis with the experimental test. The effectiveness of the improved putter is also discussed. The improved putter did not appear the problem of cracking failure.
