牙源性颌骨囊肿临床比较常见,但它所包含的几种疾病之间或与造釉细胞瘤之间临床表现极其相似,影像学缺乏特异性,极易误诊。正确的诊断及治疗对疾病的复发至关重要。现收集我院1998-01-2011-01牙源性颌骨囊肿误诊23例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选取1998-01-2011-01我科误诊的牙源性颌骨囊肿患者23例,男14例,女9例,年龄21～65(平均46)岁。
