患者陈×，２７岁，１９９４年６月２日入院。患者于４月前行剖宫产术，术中出血较多，发生失血性休克，术中术后共输全血１６００毫升。患者于产后无乳、纳差、乏力，逐渐出现毛发脱落、心慌、多汗、消瘦、性功能减退。产后月经未恢复。查体：Ｔ３６．６℃，Ｒ１６次／分，Ｂ
Patient Chen ×, aged 27, was admitted to hospital on June 2, 1994. The patient underwent caesarean section 4 months ago. Heavily intraoperative bleeding occurred and hemorrhagic shock occurred.
