本文报导用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷渗入淋巴细胞转化试验检查51种中草药与增球素(人胚浸出液),热藏胎盘组织液、左旋咪唑、灵菌素对淋巴细胞转化的激发作用的研究结果。胸腺嘧啶核苷(TdR)是DNA的重要组成部分,而DNA的合成,又是淋巴细胞转化的物质基础。在淋巴细胞的培养物中,投入~3H-TdR,经一定时间的孵育后,检查淋巴细胞中放射性同位素的含量,可以较精确地判定淋巴细胞转化的程度,本法较形态学方法敏感而且客观。
