惠觉禅师碑原立于河北省沙河市广阳山漆泉寺,是关于新罗入唐僧人惠觉的重要资料。在已有学者对之展开相关研究的基础上纠正谬误,提出新的观点。认为惠觉禅师碑并非《沙河县志》中记载的唐漆泉寺碑,惠觉禅师碑的刻立时间在贞元十年之前,邢台开元寺中出土的两块与惠能有关的残碑都是惠觉在参拜神会以后刻立的。
