采用系统聚类、主成分聚类、模糊聚类和遗传距离等四种测定方法,研究了11个陆地棉杂交亲本在产量及构成因素和纤维品质方面遗传差异的的性质与程度。结果表明,除遗传距离分析方法因遗传协差阵非正定,使分析难以继续下去外,其余三种方法的聚类结果大体相同。11个杂交亲本分成5类。类间最大距离在类Ⅱ与Ⅴ之间,最小距离在类Ⅱ与Ⅲ之间。各类皮棉产量及其构成因素和纤维品质指标的平均值较好地反映了杂交亲本间的遗传差异。讨论了遗传差异测定在杂交育种选配亲本上的应用,以及尚待进一步研究的问题。
By using four methods of cluster analysis, principal component clustering, fuzzy clustering and genetic distance, we studied the nature and extent of genetic differences in yield, compositional factors and fiber quality of 11 cotton cultivars. The results show that except for the genetic distance analysis method due to the genetic covariance matrix is not positive, so the analysis is difficult to continue, the remaining three methods of clustering results are generally the same. 11 hybrid parents are divided into 5 categories. The maximum distance between classes is between classes II and V, and the minimum distance between classes II and III. The average of all kinds of lint yield and its components and fiber quality indexes better reflected the genetic differences among hybrid parents. The application of genetic diversity test in the optional parents of hybrid breeding is discussed, and the problems to be further studied are discussed.
