外语教学要实施素质教育,就要把培养交际能力和运用能力作为外语教学法的一项重要任务,翻译既是一种交际活动,亦是一种学习和运用语言的有效活动方式.在教学过程中,要使学生掌握基本的俄译汉技巧,目前的大学俄语四级考试,就是对这种翻译的基本能力的测试,是考核学生正确理解原文和用汉语表达内容的能力.本文就如何加强基本知识教学,从而译好这种测试题加以说明.
