【目的】研究血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thick-ness,IMT)与冠心病的关系。【方法】检测冠心病患者45例,正常对照组30例,总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、血糖及血浆Hcy水平、IMT。【结果】冠心病患者组血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);冠心病组IMT为(0.89±0.19)mm,对照组(0.72±0.18)mm,差异显著(P<0.05);冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平与IMT呈显著正相关(P<0.05);两组间血脂、血糖水平无差异。【结论】血浆Hcy水平与冠心病的发病关系密切,可作为冠心病发生及辅助诊断指标之一。
【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid intima-media thick-ness (IMT) and coronary heart disease. 【Methods】 45 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 normal control subjects were enrolled in this study. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, blood glucose, plasma Hcy and IMT were detected. 【Results】 The plasma homocysteine level in CHD patients was significantly higher than that in controls (P <0.05). The IMT was (0.89 ± 0.19) mm in CHD patients and 0.72 ± 0.18 mm in control subjects (P <0.05) There was a significant positive correlation between plasma Hcy and IMT in patients with coronary heart disease (P <0.05). There was no difference in blood lipid and blood glucose between the two groups. 【Conclusion】 The plasma Hcy level is closely related to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, which may be used as one of the indicators of coronary heart disease.
