江西省南昌市三中语文教师张富从育人出发,按照时代需要,在听说读写的教学活动中,激发学生进取精神,培养自求习惯,提高创新能力,掌握高效方法,使他们具有“过目入耳能掌握,出口下笔可成章”的能力。为此,采取了“四分”教学法的实验。一、分程度级。按学习情况将全班学生分为甲、乙、丙、丁四个不固定的程度级,以后再随时根据变化调整、升降。促使基础好自觉性强的更好更强,基础差自觉性差的变差为好,以最佳情绪和心理积极投入学习活动。
