The Chengdu Military Region New Year Financial Worksite Experience Sharing Conference was held in the division’s victory from 19 November to 23 November 1987. Zhou Wenbi, deputy minister of logistics department of Chengdu Military Region, and Huang Xian, deputy commander of a group army, gave instructions and made important speeches.
