目的:研究真性性早熟女童的骨龄X线征象变化,改善性早熟女童终身高的疗效。方法:真性特发性性早熟女童165例,分为快速进展型、缓慢变化型及生长相对迟缓型,分别检测不同类型性早熟女童骨龄进行左手腕部X线征象比较,观察其变化。结果:快速进展型性早熟女童骨龄进展X线征象变化显著高于缓慢变化型及生长相对迟缓型女童(P<0.05);缓慢变化型女童骨龄X线征象变化高于生长相对迟缓型患儿(P<0.05)。结论:快速进展型性早熟女童存在明显的骨生长加速、生长潜力缩短,缓慢变化型性早熟女童尽管也存在骨生长加速,但骨成熟进程相对较缓,生长相对迟缓型女童骨生长缓慢,呈现出性腺轴与生长轴分离现象。
Objective: To study the change of bone age X-ray signs of true precocious girls and to improve the effect of lifelong height of precocious girls. Methods: 165 cases of idiopathic precocious puberty girls were divided into fast progressive type, slowly changing type and relatively slow growth type. The skeletal age of different types of precocious puberty girls were examined to compare the X - ray signs of left wrist and the changes were observed. Results: The changes of X-ray signs of skeletal age progression in rapidly progressing precocious puberty girls were significantly higher than those in slowly-changing girls and those in relatively retarding girls (P <0.05). X-ray signs of skeletal age in the slowly changing girls were higher than those in the children with relatively slow growth P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The rapid progress of precocious puberty girls has obvious bone growth acceleration and shortened growth potential. Although the girl with slowly-changing precocious puberty has accelerated bone growth, the bone maturation process is relatively slow, and the bone growth of the relatively slow-growing girls is slow, presenting as Gonadal axis and growth axis separation phenomenon.
