目的观察麝香保心丸在治疗缺血性心脏病时对心脏功能各项指标的影响,探讨麝香保心丸治疗缺血性心脏病的作用原理。方法缺血性心脏病患者共计100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组在对照组常规用药基础上,口服麝香保心丸,每次二粒,3次/d,总疗程6个月,观察心脏功能三大指标,左室舒张末期内径(LVDD),左室射血分数(EF)及每搏输出量(SV)。结论在常规治疗缺血性心脏病的基础上,加服麝香保心丸,可以明显改善心脏功能,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on various indexes of cardiac function in the treatment of ischemic heart disease and to explore the action principle of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of ischemic heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases. On the basis of the routine medication of the control group, the treatment group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills twice a day for 3 times per day for 6 months. The three indexes of cardiac function, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD), left ventricular Ejection Fraction (EF) and stroke volume (SV). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment of ischemic heart disease, adding the musk pill can significantly improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients.
