The cells used in this study were the human colorectal cancer cell line (RKO) containing wild type p53 and the human lung adenocarcinoma cell line (H1299) without the use of p53 gene. RKO and H1299 cells were cultured in MeCoys 5A and F12 medium at 37 ° C, 95% air, 5% CO 2, respectively. Malondialdehyde (MDA) (1 mmol
