This paper introduces the principles, procedures and features of the TBPL program for internal force analysis and reinforcement design of high rise building transfer floor. The application of the project example shows that the calculation result of the program is reasonable and can meet the requirements of internal force analysis and calculation of the conversion plate, and the results of reinforcement calculation
