本文介绍了用147铝合金板材试样,研究了形变热处理对合金抗腐蚀性能的影响。试验研究结果证明,形变热处理能明显地改善147铝合金的抗晶间腐蚀性能。板材试样经淬火后,即使冷加工变形量仅为1.5%左右,人工时效后,也能使板材的抗晶间腐蚀能力得到较大提高。用薄膜试样在高压透射电镜上进行观察分析结果证明,147铝合金板材试样淬火后的冷加工变形,强烈地改变了合金在随后人工时效过程中第二相的析出过程和特征,这是形变热处理能改善147铝合金抗晶间腐蚀性能的主要原因。
This paper describes the use of 147 aluminum alloy plate samples to study the deformation heat treatment of the alloy corrosion resistance. Experimental results show that the deformation heat treatment can significantly improve the anti-intergranular corrosion resistance of 147 aluminum alloy. After quenching the plate sample, even if the amount of cold deformation is only about 1.5%, artificial aging, but also to make the plate resistance to intergranular corrosion has been greatly improved.
