电力信息系统的安全管理工作是一个动态循环演化的过程。在进行安全管理的过程中,安全需求也不断发生演变,现有安全技术与安全需求的结合经常会出现变化。为了更好的满足信息系统安全管理动态模型的持续改进的目标,本文结合电力二次系统安全防护体系的总体策略,引入身份识别与接入控制系统的应用,应对当前企业网络边界延伸的问题,并根据用户身份定义应用系统访问权限,增强了现有网络的避险能力和应急事件响应的能力。探索出一套与业务紧密结合的身份识别与接入控制解决方案。
