目的 观察泄浊解毒方对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠血清Toll样受体4(TLR4)、髓样分化蛋白-2(MD2)、白介素-13(IL-13)及结肠组织核因子kB(NF-κB)的影响.方法 采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇联合造模法诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎动物模型.雄性Wistar大鼠45只随机抽取8只为空白对照组,将造模成功的大鼠分为模型组、柳氮磺吡啶组、泄浊解毒方高剂量组、泄浊解毒方低剂量组,每组8只.空白对照组正常喂养,模型组予生理盐水灌胃,柳氮磺吡啶组予SASP按0槝.3 g/kg体质量灌胃,泄浊解毒方高剂量组、泄浊解毒方低剂量组分别予泄浊解毒方颗粒10.0 g/kg、5.0 g/kg灌胃.各灌胃组大鼠每日给药1次,连续14天.检测各组大鼠血清TLR4、MD2、IL-13及NF-κB含量.结果 泄浊解毒方高剂量组能明显降低TLR4、MD2、NF-κB含量,升高IL-13含量,组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=110.490、271.137、10.723、92.297,P<0.05).结论 泄浊解毒方对UC大鼠治疗效果显著,其作用机制可能与降低TLR4、MD2、NF-κB含量,升高IL-13含量有关.“,”Objective To observe the effects of Xiezhuojiedu decoction on TLR4, MD2, IL-13 and NF-κB of ulcera-tive colitis( UC) rats .Methods Established the animal models of ulcerative colitis with TNBS /ethanol joint modeling meth-od.After the irrigation treatment, the expression of TLR4, the content of MD2, IL-13 and NF-κB in serum were detected, re-spectively.Results Xiezhuojiedu decoction can decrease the expression of TLR 4, MD2 and NF-κB,improve the level of IL-13.The comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance ( F =110.490, F =271.137, F =10.723, F =92.297, P <0.05).Conclusion The effects of Xiezhuojiedu decoction on UC rats are remarkable ,it may be related to de-creasing the expression of TLR4,MD2, and NF-κB,improving the level of IL-13.
