硼钢在我国已得到了大量生产和广泛应用,并在机械工业中占有比较重要的地位。我厂生产汽车采用的钢材中,就有调质硼钢、渗炭硼钢、弹簧硼钢和低碳马氏体硼钢四种,约占整车钢材总重量的20%左右。现用40MnB和20MnVB钢,就占合金结构钢总重量的73.5%。因而达到了基本上不用镍、少用铬等合金元素来制造汽车结构件。但是,硼钢在使用过程中,也还存在着一些问题。对调质硼钢来说,主要是淬透性能和冲击韧性不够稳定、波动较大。其主要原因是与钢中硼等元素含量和钢材的生产、机械零件
