Today, scientific and technological information has become the most important resource for the development of human society. However, many scientific and technological periodicals in our country have reported a long time lag. According to statistics, the longest one is even up to 54 months. This has greatly affected and weakened the timeliness of science and technology academic journals and the great role of “first class” resources.
