目前,成人教育已经成为我国农村教育的重要组成部分,并为实现农业和农村的现代化建设提供了强有力的智力支撑。近年来,湖州市南浔区双林镇在加强成校建设、提高师资水平的同时,闯出了一条面向市场,自我发展的农村成人教育新路子。具体做法有以下三个方面:1.政府重视,拉动需求政府的重视与支持是农村成人教育发展强有力的保障。双林镇政府实施科教兴农战略,把提高乡村干部和致富带头人的文化、科技素质摆到议事日程上来。村级班子改选以后,双林镇党委、政府发文规定.要求在近几年内村干部必须达到高中毕业以上学历,并取得相应岗位的绿色证书。双林成校对“一优两高农业”大户进行“订单”培训,举办了青虾养殖、无公害蔬 At present, adult education has become an important component of China’s rural education and has provided a powerful intellectual support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
