党的十六大以来,上海农村各级党组织按照中央、市委的统一部署,紧紧围绕上海郊区“城乡一体化、农村城市化、农业现代化、农民市民化”的发展目标,以深化“凝聚力工程”建设为总抓手,以开展农村党的建设“三级联创”活动为载体,扎扎实实推进农村基层党的建设,取得了较为明显的成效。全市农村涌现出208个市级“五好”村党支部,40个市级“五好”乡镇党委,整个农村基层组织建设工作呈现稳步推进、协调发展的态势。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the party organizations at all levels in rural areas in Shanghai have been closely following the development goals of “urban-rural integration, rural urbanization, agricultural modernization and peasant citizenship” in the suburbs of Shanghai in line with the unified arrangements of the central government and the municipal government. “Cohesion Project ” construction as the starting point, carry out rural party building “triple play ” activities as the carrier, solidly promote the rural grass-roots party building, and achieved more obvious results. The construction of 208 grass-roots units in the rural areas of the city, the village party branches of 40 cities and 40 municipal-level township party committees and the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas showed steady development and coordinated development.
