隔区内的各种神经介质,包括P-物质,β-内啡肽可能是通过对胆碱能神经元胞体发挥作用而影响隔-海马神经元的活动。促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH 1—24)和α-促黑色细胞素(α-MSH),在一定程度上也影响隔-海马神经元乙酰胆碱(ACh)的转换。这种影响在切断海马的传入纤维后也不被阻断,从而推论:这些神经介质直接作用于海马。实验表明:ACTH是通过隔区内肽能神经元而影响隔-海马胆碱能神经元活动的。
Various neuronal mediators in the compartments, including the P-substance, β-endorphin, may affect the activity of the septal-hippocampal neurons by acting on the soma of cholinergic neurons. Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 1-24) and α-adrenoceptor (α-MSH) also affect acetylcholine (ACh) conversion in septal-hippocampal neurons to a certain extent. This effect was not blocked after the afferent fibers were cut off in the hippocampus, and concluded that these neurotransmitters act directly on the hippocampus. Experiments show that: ACTH is through the septal neurons in the septum and the septal-hippocampal cholinergic neurons activity.
