30天、247人次、大半本的谈心记录、27条建议,这些让我深刻地认识到政治工作就是坦诚相待,就是要有“妈妈心、婆婆嘴、闲不住的两条腿”。2012年的2月14日,因工作需要我从常州调至江阴边检站任政委。走上新的岗位后,我深知没有调查就没有发言权,在机关简单地熟悉了两天情况后,我就带上背包到基层一线蹲点。短短的30天时间,我和247名官兵谈心交流,写下了大半本的谈心笔记,也记下了官兵提出的27条建议。
30 days, 247 trips, most of the log-on notes, 27 suggestions, which made me realize that political work is honest, that is, there must be a "mother’s heart, mother-in-law, . On February 14, 2012, I was transferred from Changzhou to Jiangyin Border Inspection Station for political commissar because of my work. After embarking on a new post, I know that I have no say in the absence of any investigation. After the authorities were simply familiar with the situation for two days, I took my backpack to the grassroots level for a long time. In a matter of 30 days, I talked with 247 officers and men and wrote half the notes of my heart-beating. I also noted 27 suggestions made by officers and men.
