为了观察肺心病人的血气酸硷平衡改变,和在发作期及缓解期的变化规律,我们对80年和81年间住院的部份肺心病人作了动脉血气酸硷测定。同时,为了解这些改变与健康人的差别程度,并避免因年龄、测量仪器和方法等因素造成的误差,我们在参加健康体检的部份受检者中,选择年龄相近者也进行了同样的检查,并作对比观察。在以上肺心病人中,有些病人作了间接肺动脉压推算,并在部份病例病情缓解后进行了复查。现将结果报告如下:
In order to observe the change of blood-acid-base balance in patients with pulmonary heart disease and the changes during the attack and remission periods, arterial blood gas alkaloids were measured in some patients with pulmonary heart disease who were hospitalized in 80 and 81 years.
