目的:比较和分析两种工学结合高职护生成长的教育环境的优劣。方法:采用教育环境测量工具(DREEM)对两种常见的工学结合教育环境进行现况调查并分析。结果:护生对两种教育环境的总体评价很满意,且二者差异无统计学意义。在教育环境的5个维度中,护生对学习知觉和教师知觉2个维度的评价为好,对其他3个维度的评价为较好;在教师知觉、社交知觉、环境知觉3个维度上,护生对2种教育环境的评价差异无统计学意义;在学习知觉和学术知觉2个维度上,护生对2种教育环境的评价差异有统计学意义,引企入校模式学习知觉维度的测量值较高,办校入企模式学术知觉维度的测量值较高。结论:两种工学结合的教育环境都有利于学生的成长,二者之间虽没有差异,但各有千秋,可以相互借鉴。
Objectives: To compare and analyze the pros and cons of the educational environment in which two kinds of engineering combined with the growth of nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods: The educational environment measuring tools (DREEM) were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of two common work-study-combined educational environments. Results: Nursing students were satisfied with the overall evaluation of the two educational environments, and the difference was insignificant. Among the five dimensions of education environment, the nursing students evaluated the two dimensions of learning perception and teacher’s perception as well as those of the other three dimensions. In the three dimensions of teacher’s perception, social perception and environmental perception, There was no significant difference in nursing education evaluation between the two educational environments. In the two dimensions of learning perception and academic awareness, there were significant differences in the evaluation of nursing environment between nursing students and two learning environments. The higher the value, the higher the value of the academic perception dimension of the mode of running a school. Conclusion: The combination of two work-study environment conducive to the growth of students, although there is no difference between the two, but their strengths and weaknesses can learn from each other.
