系统性红斑狼疮是一种常累及全身多个器官的自身免疫性疾病。因病情复杂,常侵及多个脏器,临床表现变化多端,可类似各种疾病。加之本病诊断缺乏统一标准,因此,临证时极易误诊。为总结经验教训,提高本病的诊断符合率,从而使病人得以正确的治疗,现将我院1980～1990年间符合系统性红斑狼疮诊断标准的73例病人中误诊的17例,总结如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组17例中,男3例,女14
Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease that often affects multiple organs throughout the body. Because of the complex condition, often invading multiple organs, the clinical manifestations of changes, can be similar to various diseases. Coupled with the lack of a uniform standard diagnosis of the disease, therefore, when the card is easily misdiagnosed. In order to summarize the experiences and lessons learned and improve the diagnosis of the disease coincidence rate, so that patients can be properly treated, now in our hospital from 1980 to 1990 in line with the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus in 73 patients misdiagnosed in 17 cases, summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 17 cases, 3 males and 14 females
